Individual Coaching
Sometimes the most important conversation you'll have is the one you have with yourself.
Life can move quickly.
We juggle responsibilities, care for the people around us, solve problems, and keep moving forward. Somewhere along the way, it becomes easy to lose sight of ourselves.
You may not be in crisis.
In fact, from the outside, your life may look like it's going just fine.
But perhaps you've noticed a quiet feeling that something isn't quite aligned. You're carrying more than you realize. You're standing at a crossroads. You're questioning what comes next, or you're simply longing for more clarity, confidence, or connection.
That is where coaching begins. Not because you're broken. Not because someone else has the answers.
But because creating space to slow down often allows us to hear ourselves more clearly.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative conversation focused on your growth.
Rather than giving advice or telling you what you should do, I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and help you explore your experiences from new perspectives.
Together, we'll uncover patterns, celebrate strengths, work through challenges, and identify practical steps that feel authentic to you. You remain the expert in your own life. My role is to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, values, and direction.
What can we work on?
Every coaching relationship is different because every person is different.
Some clients come with a specific goal. Others simply know they want something to change but aren't yet sure what that looks like.
Together, we might explore:
Navigating life transitions
Building confidence and self-trust
Strengthening relationships
Managing stress and overwhelm
Creating healthier boundaries
Improving communication
Finding balance between caring for others and caring for yourself
Clarifying values and purpose
Working through self-doubt
Making meaningful decisions
Developing greater resilience
Living with more intention and presence
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first coaching conversation is simply about discovering what matters most.
My approach
My coaching is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and partnership.
I draw from evidence-based coaching principles, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and mental health coaching, while also bringing insights from veterinary leadership and the lessons I've learned working alongside horses.
I won't tell you how to live your life.
Instead, I'll ask questions that help you discover your own answers.
Sometimes those questions are gentle.
Sometimes they'll challenge you.
Often, they're the questions we don't ask ourselves because we're too busy trying to keep everything together.
I believe lasting growth comes from awareness.
When we begin to notice our patterns, understand our values, and recognize the choices available to us, meaningful change becomes possible.
What a session looks like
Each session is shaped around you.
Some conversations are reflective. Others are practical and action-oriented. Often, they're a combination of both.
Together we'll:
Explore what's currently on your mind
Identify what's beneath the surface
Recognize patterns that may be helping—or holding—you back
Clarify what feels most important
Create realistic, meaningful next steps
You'll leave each session with greater clarity, fresh perspective, and actions that feel aligned with your goals.
Who coaching is for
Coaching may be a good fit if you are:
Ready to invest in your personal growth
Curious about understanding yourself more deeply
Open to reflection and honest conversation
Looking for support through change or uncertainty
Wanting to lead your life with greater intention
Seeking a space where you can think out loud without judgment
You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out.
You simply need a willingness to begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No.
While coaching and therapy can complement one another, coaching focuses on the present and future. Together, we'll explore your goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth while helping you move toward the life you want to create.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
Not at all.
Many people begin coaching because they know something needs attention but can't quite put it into words yet. That's perfectly okay.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Both options are available depending on your location and preferences.
An Invitation
You don't have to navigate everything on your own.
Sometimes what we need isn't another opinion or another solution.
Sometimes we simply need someone who will listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and create the space for us to hear ourselves again.
If that resonates with you, I'd love to meet you where you are.
Let's begin with a conversation.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. It's a chance for us to meet, explore what you're looking for, and see if we're the right fit no pressure, no obligation.
